The Hu[man] Element

People matter to us. We balance I.Q. with E.Q. To facilitate the progression of science as a whole, we underscore the value of communication and “EQ” in an intra-lab/team manner.  We do this by creating an environment where each member can both teach and learn at the same time.

Purpose & Practice

We're bringing together a diverse group of lab support staff, with varied areas of expertise and experience, in an effort to crowdsource more creative, efficient, and best practices and methodologies. We're fostering a greater understanding and appreciation of finance, business, and operational management, along with other science support roles.

The Team

It's in our DNA. We're authentic individuals who generally share the same passion for science and our roles for helping the science. We are a group of research manages and business administrators who are interested in helping the life science community. We are looking for others who share the same cause and purpose driven career.

We take our work seriously, not ourselves.   So, we believe that people should be themselves and to have a drive to make their careers more purposeful and intrinsically rewarding. We look to have fun doing what we do and to support each other to make each other better.
