Workflow Wednesdays

Knowing where things are and how they work can help save time, money, and our sanity. Operational workflow and lab organization are essential to a productive lab environment. However, with changing project scopes and the elusive innovative discoveries, we are often required to change with our environment.  Business and lab managers are often tasked with managing and maintaining these changes to help create a "seem-less" workflow. 

We discuss this topic and possible strategies to help facilitate with it.


Thirsty thursday

People matter and the [Hu]man element cannot be discounted. With that in mind, we discuss and share stories and personal accounts of the humanity of these dynamic people.  Team building, social events, non-shop are all code to let everyone know that they should be themselves and enjoy each other's company. These type of talks are all encouraged to keep the livelihood and enjoyment for the sciences.
